Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using 364. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Acceptance & Effective Date
By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the 364 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.
These Terms & Conditions take effect from the date you first access the platform. 364 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

- Each individual may hold only one account.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration Process
To open an account on 364, you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information. Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time. You may be required to submit a copy of your National ID or passport for identity verification purposes.
Password & Security
Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. You are accountable for all activity carried out under your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact support immediately. 364 automatically detects unusual login attempts from a single device or location.
User Responsibilities
- This platform is for personal entertainment purposes only.
- Attempting to access or hack another user's account is strictly prohibited.
- The use of malware, spam, or automated bots on the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Harassment or discriminatory behavior toward other users is strictly prohibited.
Payments, Transactions & Bonus Terms
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 364 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits can be made via popular mobile banking services including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are generally credited to your account within 1–15 minutes. Withdrawal requests may take up to 24 hours to process.
Account identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. The minimum withdrawal amount is determined by platform guidelines. Users may use multiple payment methods, but each method must be registered in their own name.
Bonuses & Vouchers
Welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and cashback offers are each subject to their own wagering requirements. Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal. Misuse of bonuses or attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts may result in account closure and forfeiture of the bonus.

Account Suspension, Closure & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
364 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- If these Terms & Conditions are violated.
- If the account was registered using false information.
- If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is suspected.
- If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
- By legal order or regulatory directive.
Where possible, users will be notified before an account is closed. The return of any valid balance remaining in a closed account is at the sole discretion of 364.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 364 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of 364 or its licensors. No part of the platform may be copied, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.
